Data we collect

This site only collects data when you voluntarily complete the quote request form. We then process:

• your first and last name;
• your e-mail address;
• your phone number (optional);
• the project type and the description you write.

Simply browsing the site collects nothing.

Purpose and legal basis

This data is used solely to handle and answer your request. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract. Your data is never sold, never used for advertising, and never shared for purposes other than those described here.

Recipients

Your data passes through our technical form provider and then reaches us by e-mail. Our host additionally processes the technical data needed to serve the page.

Retention

Requests that do not lead anywhere are deleted no later than twelve months after the last exchange. If your request leads to a contract, the relevant documents are kept for the statutory retention periods for commercial and accounting records in Luxembourg, namely ten years.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability. A message to info@samconstruction.lu is enough.

If you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the Luxembourg supervisory authority:

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, no advertising trackers and no social media buttons.

The fonts are served from our own server: no third party is contacted during your visit.

One exception: when you choose a language, your browser stores that choice locally on your device so it can remember it next time. That information never leaves your device.
